VideoCloner ("we", "us") is operated by MNM Ventures, LLC. By using this service you agree to these terms and our Acceptable Use policy.

Billing

Plans are billed in advance. Monthly plans renew every 30 days. Annual plans renew every 12 months. Cancel anytime via your billing portal — you keep access until the end of your current period. We offer a 7-day refund on first-time purchases.

Credits

Each variant generation consumes 1 credit. Unused credits do not roll over between billing periods. Failed generations are not charged.

Your content

You retain all rights to the assets you upload (logos, products, voice). We claim no ownership of your generated videos. We store source ad downloads and generated outputs in our infrastructure for as long as your account is active.

Our content

The VideoCloner software, brand, and underlying pipeline are our intellectual property. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell access.

Liability

VideoCloner is provided "as is". You are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, and platform compliance of every ad you generate and publish. We are not liable for advertising disapprovals, account bans on third-party platforms, or business losses.
