    We accept TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook video URLs. The video is downloaded once, stored privately in your project, and re-used across every variant.

    We transcribe the source — word-perfect

    AssemblyAI Universal-2 runs on the source audio, returning word-level timestamps, structural chapters, and a sentiment timeline. This isn't a transcript — it's a structural map of the ad.

    Claude Sonnet 4 extracts the ad DNA

    Our brief extractor identifies the hook, problem, agitation, solution, proof, and CTA beats — and crucially, why this ad works: the angle, the cadence, the emotional turn. This is the spec your variants follow.

    N distinct variant scripts

    Each variant takes a different creative angle (social proof, contrarian, problem-first, story-led, authority…) while following the same structural beats. No two variants of the same project use the same hook angle.

    Hedra films the avatar with synced lips

    For each variant, ElevenLabs v3 generates a voiceover that matches your brand persona (with native sighs, laughs, and emotion). Hedra Character-3 then films a 9:16 talking-head clip with frame-perfect lip sync — the closest the industry gets to looking real in 2026.

    Kling generates the b-roll

    Per-shot prompts derived from the ad brief are sent to Kling 2.6 Pro. Hero shots that need real-world physics (a product being unwrapped, a hand using it) route to Veo 3.1 Fast on Pro+ tiers.
