What we collect

• Account: email, sign-in events.
• Billing: customer ID and payment metadata stored at Stripe (we never see card numbers).
• Brand assets: logos, product images, voice descriptions you upload.
• Source ads: URLs you submit and the downloaded videos for processing.
• Generated outputs: the videos we create on your behalf.

How we use it

Solely to deliver the service: process generations, bill you, send transactional emails, and provide support. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use your inputs to train external models without explicit consent.

Subprocessors

We route generation through: Anthropic (Claude), AssemblyAI, ElevenLabs, Hedra, fal.ai (Kling/Veo), Cloudflare R2 (storage), Supabase (database/auth), Stripe (billing), AWS Lambda (rendering), Resend (email). Each is bound by their own privacy and DPA terms.

Your rights

Delete your account at any time and we'll remove your stored brand assets, source downloads, and generated outputs within 30 days. Email privacy@videocloner.ai.
