VideoCloner gives you a powerful AI ad pipeline. We don't gatekeep what creative angle you take, but we do draw hard lines on misuse. Anything below will get your account suspended without refund.

You may not

  • Impersonate real people. Don't upload portraits or voice samples of identifiable individuals (celebrities, competitors, your ex) without their explicit written consent. Voice cloning requires verifiable consent of the speaker.
  • Pass off generated content as a real person's testimonial. Use AI actors for endorsement-style scripts only when they're framed as fiction, not as a real review.
  • Sell illegal, harmful, or regulated products in ways that bypass legal disclosure — supplements, weight-loss claims, financial returns, regulated medical claims, gambling, weapons, controlled substances. We follow Meta and TikTok ad policies as our floor.
  • Generate sexual, hateful, or violent content.
  • Clone a competitor's actual ad word-for-word and pass it off as your own creative. We're a creative tool — we extract structural DNA so you can build your own angle, not republish their script.
  • Use VideoCloner to create misleading political ads, deepfakes of public figures, or content designed to deceive voters.

You agree that

  • You own (or have rights to) every product image, logo, and brand asset you upload.
  • You'll comply with the platform-specific disclosure rules for AI-generated content where they apply (Meta's "made with AI" label, TikTok's AI-generated content disclosure).
  • You're responsible for ensuring your generated ads comply with FTC, advertising standards, and platform policies in the markets where you run them.

Enforcement

Violations result in immediate suspension. Egregious violations (deepfakes, impersonation, illegal content) also result in account termination and may be reported to platforms and authorities.
